On Friday, 17 February 2023, two Land and Titles Court Judges, Afioga Masinalupe Tusipa Masinalupe and Afioga Leaupepe Fata Pula were appointed to Assistant Presidents of the Land and Titles Court. These judicial appointments were made to fill the vacant positions as replacements of two retired judges, Afioga Luamanuvae. P. Asera and Tauaaletoa. P. Ualesi who were recently farewelled by the Judiciary.  The sworn-in was an intimate ceremony conducted before the President of Land and Titles Courts, Hon Lesatele Rapi Vaai in the presence of by the Registrar of Courts and close families of the appointees.
