To provide effective and efficient information management services to the Judiciary, Ministry and Stakeholders.


  1. Records Management
    • To manage, monitor and maintain the integrity of information stored in the strong room
    • To manage preservation and conservation of information
    • To manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence (mails)
    • Ensure all information received are properly filed away to their respective files
    • Ensure updated both Manual and Electronic file Indexes (databases)
    • Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures
  2. Digitization
    • To digitise all court records and stored into the approved Electronic System (Docsvault System)
    • Ensure the accuracy of information stored electronically
  3. Phonographic & Transcribing
    • To record and transcribe all Court Proceedings and Decisions 
      • LTC – Court of first instance
      • LTA (Leave to Appeal)
      • COA (LTC Court of Appeal)
    • Ensure accurate information is effectively recorded and correctly transcribed
    • Ensure Transcripts are made available within the approved timeframe
  4. Registration Services
    • Ensure efficient and effective registration services is provided to the Court and stakeholders
    • Thorough check to be conducted for all documents brought before the Court to ensure integrity of information
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures (both customers and Registry Officers)
    • Ensure updated databases are in place and available at all times
    • Ensure all documents are properly filed away
